The front of the condo has glass sliding doors across the lounge area, offering great views of the beach.
The condo is on a small, two story high development of only 42 units, with undercover parking, tennis, an elevator and communal on-site laundry. The beach front pool is heated during the winter months and has a barbeque grill and wet bar. There is a free island shuttle to all local attractions and areas.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, with a water closet, vanity area, basin and closet. The second twin bedroom has an en-suite shower with tub, water closet and closet.
