| This tropically landscaped, canal front 3 bedroom home is on a peninsula surrounded by water on 3 sides. We have an enclosed pool and dockage for up to a 50' boat. The excellent neighborhood is peaceful with only 76 homes total and there is a marina at the end of the street. Twin Oaks golf course is 1.5 miles and Ft. DeSoto Beach (voted one of the top ten beaches in the country) is just 10 minutes away. Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away and downtown St. Petersburg is a short 10 minute drive. We're close to shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood is well lit for walkers.
