Parking for 3 vehicles across and 1 boat trailer on the pool fence line. 50'boat dockage with kayak raft for canal fishing. Free Kayaks to chase sea monsters. Take your camera and a sandwich to photograph various colored iguanas depending on what color flower they ate. Parrot fish also come in many color combinations. Follow the jogging path to Sombrero Beach or jog the other direction to the shopping center and the Brass Monkey Bar. Mile Marker 50 is Sombrero Beach Road.

Swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center 4 miles North.
Snorkel at Looe Key, the best on the continent, just past Gilligans Island, take a charter boat.
My grandkids loved the Sunset Watersports in Key West. The package included waverunners, water skiing, parasail,sunfish sailing,mini slide, iceburg mountain climb,snorkel, kayaks, rafts, knee board, free grilled lunch, air conditioning on board with flat screen TVs for the tired old people like me. Ask me about all this stuff when you get here.
PS Don't take the high speed ferry to the Dry Tortugas unless you enjoy the adventure of seasick people throwing up on you.
WE just bought 2 Yamaha jet skiis for our identical monster birthday. They are for rent to guests only, for below market price of $450/day.
