Featuring an oversized living room this beautiful condominium is located at the Excelsior Condos in Siesta Key, Florida.
Excelsior is one of the most luxurious condo complexes in Siesta Key. This floor plan features an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. This luxury community includes large heated swimming pools, 2 heated Whirlpools & Shuffleboard, 3 lighted tennis courts, outdoor barbecues, picnic areas & much more.Relax in our 2 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, cable television, vcr, a ceiling fan and large walk in closet. The main bathroom includes a full shower/tub combo and his and her vanities.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, clothes dresser, and wall closet. The second bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door, and includes a walk in shower.
The living room has a large TV, VCR, DVD player, 3 couches. There is a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets and newer appliances including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available is a full size washer and dryer.
