All rentals according to Florida State law are subject to state tax 8.5% for transient rentals (less than 6 months.)
Rental Policy: $500 Deposit/Security (1 month rental) $1000 (multi month rental) due within 7 days of booking. $75 Cleaning Fee Due at end of lease.
