For your outdoor activities we provide a rolling ice chest, a boogie board, and a skim board (all the rage among the kids).
Extras for your indoor activities include: board games, dvd's, and a small library of current books, and a N64 with games.
A customer favorite is our "Recommended Restaurant List". It's a personal list of local faves.
This condo has HUGE deck that is shaded in the evening - and overlooks the historic Seawall.
The complex features two swimming pools (one that has a shallow area and waterfall for the little ones)and hot tubs. It also has a tennis court and an on-site restaurant.
Electronics - three cable tv's, two dvd players, telephone, and Nintendo video game system with games.
For you winter Texans - it has three hot tubs that are right outside of our unit and heated pool - note: Ike has disabled two of the hottubs and are in the process of being repaired.
The laundry facilities and ice machine are very close too - three doors down the hall.
The condo sleeps five. It has a private queen bedroom, a twin bed in an alcove, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has wall to wall tile, a condo kitchen (mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker).
We provide all linens/pillows/towels/toiletries free of charge.
Our check in procedure is effortless. No waiting in line...or driving to get the keys. You just drive up and go into your condo.
