The 1200 square foot floor plan, white sandy beaches and emerald waters will make your stay memorable. What sets these condominiums apart from others is the large, 28x10.5 bowed balcony (almost an additional 300 square feet!), and there’s enough wicker furniture to seat 6. It’s like having a second living room with panoramic ocean views. BRING YOUR BINOCULARS AND WATCH THE DOLPHINS!
LIVING AREA: This unit is professionally decorated and comes with brand new 42” Plasma screen TV in the living area, a new Blu-Ray DVD player for watching movies, and a Stereo/CD player for listening to music or CD's. There is a queen sleeper sofa plus a love seat, and additional storage underneath the coffee tables if needed. The main living spaces (Living, Kitchen and Dining) have been freshly painted and updated for your enjoyment. The living area overlooks the ocean and has a large sliding glass door that opens to the spacious balcony. For your convenience, there is free High Speed Wireless Internet access you can connect your laptop to. Don't want to bring your laptop? No worries, there is a computer available for your use FREE!
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: This unit comfortably sleeps six, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. Each bedroom has a 19” TV/DVD combo and its own private bath with marble vanities and full tub and shower. The Master Bedroom over looks the ocean and has a large, private sliding glass door that opens to the huge, over sized balcony overlooking the water. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean!
KITCHEN AND DINING: The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, all small and large appliances, dinnerware, cooking utensils, stocked with dish soap, linens and dishwasher soap. Just bring the food! There’s also a full size washer and dryer with plenty of laundry soap for your stay. There is a dining area that seats 4, plus there’s an additional 3 stools at the kitchen bar.
AMENITIES and EXTRAS: The resort has two large pools (one indoor, one outdoor), hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room, 4 high speed elevators, a grilling area with 2 large BBQ grills and covered parking for guests. All linens, beach towels, bath towels, toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent are included. In addition there are beach chairs and toys that are available for anyone staying at our unit to use free of charge. All of these conveniences will help make your stay relaxing and carefree.
Parasailing, jet ski and lounge chair rental are available on the beach for an additional cost.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: This unit is Non-Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter must be at Least 25 Years of Age. NO EXCEPTIONS!
