| A family friendly vacation! An 1890’s farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and a Private HOT TUB. This house offers solitude in a quiet, secret hollow. Seventy-five acres of rolling hills are tucked away in a quiet country setting in clear view of Blue Knob Mountain. Hike across the fields or through the woods to see spectacular views from the top of our ridge and wildlife that is abundant on the farm. This is home to fox, deer, turkey, squirrel, pheasant, rabbits and many varieties of birds including humming birds and bluebirds. Follow the new bluebird trail!
We've added a 5 person hot tub this year as well as internet access. If you like to dine outdoors, there are several options. There's a gas grill near the house with outdoor furniture and another patio a few yards from the house with a fire pit and picnic table. Or you can escape to the hammock with a book from our collection.
Why not sit around a campfire after an adventurous day spent skiing at Blue Knob or trout fishing in Bob’s Creek?
The farmhouse has four bedrooms with two queen-sized beds, a double bed and one set of bunk beds. There's also a futon couch in the living room. There's room for 8-10 people but singles and couples are also welcome.There is a futon couch in the living room.
The farmhouse is air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and living room. There's a washer and dryer, telephone and free local calling, TV with Dish Network and DVD player, board games, books and puzzles. A modest supply of towels and quality bed linens are supplied. The house is smoke-free but you may smoke outdoors.
Outdoor Amenities - 5 person hot tub, patio with a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock for reading or napping, There's a gas grill and patio furniture near the back porch.

Only 2.5 hours from Washington, D.C., Hideaway Hollow is just 15 minutes from Blue Knob Mountain and some of the most challenging skiing in PA and 12 minutes from Historic Bedford. We are close to PA State Game Lands, Bob’s Creek fishing and minutes to King Valley, Iron Master's and Blue Knob Golfing.
