This 2 bedroom/2 bath Hali'i Kai villa is in build 12, which is the most desireable building at Hali'i Kai. Overlooking the signature hole of the Waikoloa Beach golf course, you can enjoy an amazing ocean view as well as coastline views. Just steps away is the Ocean Club. Enjoy furnishings by one of the best local desingers in this villa. From beautiful artwork to big screen televisions, this villa has it all. The living area has a large couch with two chairs and a big screen LCD television with extended cable. The kitchen has been fully stocked and features granite counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The dining area has seating for six. You can enjoy amazing ocean views from the living room as well as the kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wall mounted LCD television and extended cable. Enjoy watching the waves crash into the lava rocks from your bed! The master bath has a deep soaking tub as well as a large walk in shower.
