Located on the 5th floor of a six floor building, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 851 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine). This is building 8, fifth floor - end unit. We also manage unit 853 & 855 - which are on the same 5th floor, 864 (6th floor), 842, 843, 845 (4th floor), 833, 835 (3rd floor) and 822 (2nd floor).

The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate 8, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in between. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the 2 Cinnamon beach pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment overlooking the ocean and a large pool with chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including.

The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.

It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.

There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and great places to eat.

Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves. Just a few minutes north, drive on to the beach and go for miles.

There are nearby state parks to bike or walk in, with fishing, an ornamental garden, nature walks, and even the ruins of an old plantation.

St. Augustine Florida is only 20 minutes away by car.

Area: Beach house is located near the charming town of Flagler Beach which includes a grocery store and a couple of local seafood restaurants on the bay.
