Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival, refund deposit less $100.00. Cancellation 90-60 prior to arriva, loss of security deposit. Within 60 days of arrival, loss of security deposit plus 50% of one week/one month amount unless owner is able to re-rent.
