| All the comforts of home in this cozy, private, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachside house. Located between A1A and the Atlantic Ocean. You won't be fully unpacked before you'll have to run down to the beach, just two blocks away, and stick your toes in the sand. You will so enjoy a day at what feels like your own private beach. Only the people that live here use this beach and you. This house is a new vacation rental listing. We just finished with a full renovation of every room, the kitchen and both baths are brand new. Cable TV in each bedroom, and the livingroom of course, DVD, VHS here too, with a nice selection of DVDs and videos. Stereo with 5 CD changer in the livingroom, a few CDs are provided. The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen size bed, 2 person whirlpool tub for relaxing, 2 headed travertine shower in the master bath, and french doors that lead out to your own private porch. The second bedroom is very cozy and has a beautiful luxurious Queen size sleigh bed. The last bedroom has 2 very comfy twin beds. If you need more sleep space, the livingroom has a comfortable Queen size pull out sofa. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove. Glass sliders off the kitchen lead out to a very cozy porch. Smokers will be comfortable enjoying a smoke out there. Sorry, we ask no smoking inside. 3 porches in all, front, back and one off the Master bedroom. New full size washer and dryer included, we'll even provide the laundry soap for you. The guest bathroom has a full size tub and shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and flatware. If you wish to eat in and like to cook, this kitchen is a gem to cook in. There's a charcoal grill in the back yard, with a new bag of easy light charcoal. If you'd like to throw something on the BBQ, all you'll need to provide is the fish, chicken or steaks. You can pop down to Publix just about 2 miles down A1A. It's a great grocery store, with everything and anything you could possibly need, they also have a nice beer and wine selection. Each bathroom is complete with shampoo, soap, fluffy towels, and any cleaning supplies you may need. Plenty of sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets provided, no need to bring any from home. For beach goers we have boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs, all the stuff you'll need to have a great day at the beach. For history buffs, we are just a 20 minute scenic drive away from Historic St. Augustine. History and history tours, Ghost tours, horse and carriage rides, great restaurants, music, theater, and shopping. The world famous St. George street has more shops then you can see in a day. You can park and walk until your feet won't take it anymore. So much goes on in St. Augustine, you'll need at least a day, maybe two. Orlando attractions... You'll be just an hour and a half ride away from the Orlando theme parks. All the Disney parks, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, just to name a few. Daytona is just a half hour south of us... For you Nascar fans, this is a must. Home of the famous Daytona Beach International Speedway, there's lots to do and see at the track, and Daytona USA is located right there. If you can handle it you can actually take a fast ride around the track. I can't personally tell you what that's like, I don't have the nerve to do it, but I've heard it's quite a rush. You can also spend a day on Famous Daytona Beach. So much to see and do for every taste. Jacksonville is about 45 minutes north of us. Home to the World Golf Village. The Murray brothers own Caddy Shack, a great restaurant in the World Golf Village, and very often one of the Murray Brothers are spotted there. Jacksonville also boasts fantastic restaurants, beaches, golf, and night life. No matter which way you're headed, this house is located close to your choice of world famous Golf courses, and marinas for boating. There is a great boat ramp about 2 miles down A1A on the intracoastal waterway called Bings Landing. Bings is free of charge and also has a nice picnic area, fishing, and a playground. Golf, Boating, fishing, watersports of every kind, the beach, Nascar, Theme Parks, History... any direction you go from this house there is something for everyone. You're going to have a great vacation. This house is a fantastic home base to come back to,~ freshen up, recharge, sleep, eat, relax and enjoy.
