| Private Island Condo in lush setting. Snuggled between Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, a stone throw to either! This unit is hidden and very private. It has a screened in porch overlooking a lush backdrop. The pool is large and great for the kids; the Jacuzzi is nice for the adults and overlooks the pool. The Gulf side has its own private white sands beach perfect for cocktails while watching the sun set. The bay-side has a large grass area perfect for playing, cooking or just looking out at the Sarasota bay. A private boat dock and large fishing pier are nice for everyone. Minutes away from the famous St Armonds Circle, shopping area, with it's world class restaurants and shopping! Downtown Sarasota is only a 15 minute drive. Sarasota is very classy and upscale city. It offers many Museums, Theatres, restaurants, music and much more. Downtown Tampa is one hour away.
This unit is completely renovated and all new! It's kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Blender, toaster, electric oven-stove, all glass dishes and utensils! New couches, chairs, bedroom sets, all pictures, lamps, etc. All done in very good taste by a designer! All floors, tile, carpets and walls are all new and freshly painted with quality in mind! You won't be disappointed.
Swimming, boating, shelling, fishing, jet ski, parasailing, diving, and the most gorgeous white powder beaches for walking, not to mention the best restaurants and shopping are all near bye. What's not to love!

St Armends Circle is 10 minutes away, Sarasota is 15 minutes and Tampa is one hour.
If you go North a couple of miles you are on Anna Maria Island, This is another really fun and beautiful Island with lots more to do and see!
