You will sink into the welcoming decor of this inviting retreat. Easy to find, nestled between Phoenix VIII and Phoenix East, our condo is close to everything. A two block walk to San Roc Cay offers boutique shopping, a deli and diner with daily specials, an ice cream store and an Italian and a French/Creole restaurant overlooking the marina. Live music is nearby. Tons of fresh, white sand have recently been distributed on our beach to enhance the emerald surf. Pool deck has recently been expanded for "stretchoutability."
