Credit Card
Deposits
A Security Deposit of $250.00 will be collected at Check-In time if paying by credit card; if paid by personal check, then security deposit will be due (30) days prior to Arrival Date.
Other Fees
11% tax . An initial min. pmt.(Reservation Deposit) of Fifty Percent (50.0%) is required when the reservation is made with a credit card. If the payment is made by a check or money order then it must be received within (10) days of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum fee of $100.00 plus tax will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Reservation deposits will not be refunded on cancellations made after (10)days of making the reservation unless the unit is re-rented for the same price and time period.
