Enjoy cooking in your fully furnished kitchen. Ceramic tile flooring is in kitchen, foyer, and bathrooms. This is a very comfortable home! The home has a split floor plan with a Master bedroom, spacious closets, private baths are in each bedroom. If you can't fit all your family in the two bedrooms, there is a roll out bed and air bed to use. Also included are central air and heat. Sliding glass doors open from the dining room area, to the screened lanai & pool area, where you can sit or relax on a lounger. There is no safety net around the pool and we prefer no small children. Please no pets or indoor smoking.
