"Park Place Condo" - Bend, Oregon (OR) 97701

The villa (ok, so it’s not really a villa) is located right on Pioneer park, which is one of downtown Bend’s beautiful riverside greenbelts. From here, it’s a 5 minute walk (or 30 second drive) to downtown Bend & Drake Park. You’ll look into the park from the glass doors of both rooms and wonder how you found such an ideal location.

The main room has a full kitchen, full bath, and queen-size hideaway bed. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bath. It could comfortably sleep 4. Additional sleeping mats for children can be provided if needed. You’re children are welcome! They can play right outside your condo in the large courtyard - picnic in the spring and summer, play in the glorious golden leaves in the fall, or in winter they can build a snowman on the patio while you watch, sitting by the fireplace inside.

Deposits
A $300 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance will be due 7 days before arrival. A $200 cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded if the condo is left in good condition.

No refunds can be given with less than 7 days cancellation notice.
