| This is a one of a kind 3 bedroom, 2 bath home featuring hardwood flooring, cottage style furnishings, all recently remodelled for your enjoyment. Stainless steel appliances, open floor plan with views of the water. Corian counters, maple cabinets, and a sunny breakfast nook over looking decks and water. The great room opens to a sitting room and the spacious dining room with farm table with space for 10. All views are to the very private and shaded rear yard and water. This is a very homey and cozy home with all the comforts. Cable TV, lawn care, trash pick up, and utilities are included. You have the use of a large double dock that can accomodate two boats up to 30-35' in length. Cathedral ceilings and fireplace accent the great room. Often you will see manatee and dolphin in the water behind the home. This house is located on an island community with access over a small bridge. The master bedroom is oversized and has two large closets with one being a walk in. It has a custom antique headboard and king sized bed. The master bath has double vanities and comfort height toilet and large shower with bench seat. Each of the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and ample closet space. All rooms are exquisitely furnished. Conveniently located only five minutes by boat to King's Bay on Crysal River and about 30 minutes to the Gulf. Also only five minutes from downtown restuarants and shopping. There are numerous golf courses and water activities in the area. Kayaking and boating are exceptional. Rental boats, canoes and kayaks of all types are availabale to rent in the area.
Available year round with possible rental for minimum of two weeks for $1500. Will also rent for full year for $1800 per month, plus utilities.
