| Contemporary condo with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, overlooking Mt. Washington and Presidentials.
4-level design with cathedral ceilings and skylights. Main floor has open floor plan living-dining area, flat screen LCD TV w/DVD, wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and 1 bedroom.
Second floor has master bedroom and full bath, third floor with king bedroom. Walk-out lower level has family room, laundry, and bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. There are great mountain views in all directions, particularly from the large deck. Furnishings are recently updated, including new carpet.
Location is superb for downhill and cross-country skiing (Attitash, Cranmore and Jackson Ski Touring just 5-10 minutes away, Wildcat and Bretton Woods just 30 minutes). In summer, great golf, hiking and convenient access to Echo Lake for swimming. North Conway area offers wonderful shopping in factory outlet malls, as well as first class dining and other entertainment. Families love Storyland, water slides, scenic railroad and Heritage New Hampshire in summer/fall.
