Deposits
25% deposit for each reservation and $350.00 credit card security HOLD at time of booking. Remaining balance is to be paid at check-in.

Other Fees
$85.00 Housekeeping Fee, 11% Tax, and $55.00 non-refundable Processing Fee.

Cancellation Policy
$185.00 fee if cancellation is 31 days before arrival day, if cancelled in the 31 days of arrival the 25% deposit will be forfeited. One week or less than a week is consider a last minute cancellation, the whole balance will be charge to your credit card.
