| Cozy, beach cottage chic and tropical...with a Mediterranean flair, set in a beautiful garden with a bubbling fountain. The perfect retreat.
The quiet neighborhood is just one mile to beautiful Bonita Beach. And, just two blocks from busy Bonita Beach Road. Sit on a garden bench or in your private screened porch and enjoy the bouganvilla, hibiscus, jasmine, alamanda, roses and bird of paradise flowers blooming on the premises. In season we also have tangerines and lemons. Bicycle and pedestrian friendly for beach, restaurants and shopping. Public trolley bus is also available 1/4 mile. We are W. of 41 off of Bonita Beach Road, a desirable location.
Fully furnished living room has a comfy sofa, equipped kitchen and 2 B.R.'s., each with a queen size bed, plus a twin rollaway bed is available. We only use 100% cotton sheets. Bathroom has been newly renovated with marble tile and all new fixtures. Tile floors throughout.
Furnishings including an artists easel are interesting with antiques scattered about. There is a courtyard with cobblestones and fountain and lots of wrought iron furniture. Now with wireless internet access.

11% Florida tax . We also accept Paypal payments, with a 5% additional fee. We do NOT charge a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals and 30 days prior for weekly rentals with no penalties. Less than the stated, cancellation fee applies.
