Our newly renovated and spacious one Bedroom villa in the Edgewater Beach Resort is ideal for the smaller family OR COUPLE. It has a beautiful view of the second hole of the executive par three golf course. The bedroom has a king-size bed, HDTV in LR, wall mounted TVs in BRs all with HBO, telephone and clock radio. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
The resort is completed fenced and gated with 24/7 security. The villa side is great for a family. Teenagers are safe at the beach and lagoon pool, small children can play in the grass, or take them to the smaller semi-private pool next to the villa. The tennis courts, golf course, pro shop, fitness center,aerobics, spa services, shuffleboard and private walkway to the beach are all within steps of the villa. Or if you have a lot to take to the beach, take the private tram. The
kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances plus toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher dishes, pans everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or light snack. Or, if you prefer, you can even have room-service in your villa.
All linens are provided, except beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the villa.
Winter guests enjoy all of the activities available such as golf scrambles, aerobics, cards, potlucks, etc. Many guests return year after year to renew the many new friendships they have enjoyed. High-speed dial-up internet and WiFi available.
