This unit is available year-round and is very reasonably priced because I'm passing on the savings of not having to pay a commission to a rental agency to you. I honestly believe that once you rent this unit that you will want to come back again and again!

YOU MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY (excluding minors accompanied by a parent or LEGAL gaurdian and married couples).
Cancellation Policy: We will provide a 100% refund less a $25 service fee if the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If you cancel 46 days or more before your arrival date, any rents not received/loss for this rental period will be split 50%/50%. If you cancel 45 days or less before your arrival date, any rents not received/loss the renter(s) will be responsible for 100%.
