| This is the perfect place for a casual, relaxed vacation in a setting where sandy feet and wet bathing suits are easily accommodated. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two double beds, and the living room couch folds out to sleep two more. Save even more money with the full sized kitchen. It has a stove with oven, a full refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and serving bowls and platters. The second bathroom is roomy, and has a full bath and a washer and dryer. There is an outdoor shower near the deck. The grassy yard is fenced in and big enough for small children to run off any extra energy not used at the beach. Gas grill available for use. Any size well trained house pets are welcome, but must be leashed when outside. The community itself is gated, and includes an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a playground, recreational areas, ponds and easy access to the beach. A small two lane road is all that separates this community from the ocean and the beach that is private to the community. Although it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, there is a gated parking lot with bathrooms right behind the dunes. Restaurants and a grocery store are within adult walking distance. Golf carts are available for rent from the community office. Mapquest with 1711 Hwy 17 S. , Surfside Beach, SC 29575 and look for Egret south of the star. For now there is no cleaning fee, and linens are provided. A $150 deposit is requested in addition to the rent and tax. The deposit will be refunded in full after satisfactory post-rental inspection. Cable and ethernet have been added since the renovations. Discounts for former renters.
