The Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi picks you up right at Shooters and can take you to all areas of what is called the Venice of Florida. Beautiful.
You are within walking distance to great restaurants, the fabulous beach area and very close to outstanding shopping at the Galleria Mall or the famous Las Olas which is the Rodeo Drive of Fort Lauderdale. Boat-, Windsurfer, Jet-ski and Parasailing rentals are all within ten minutes from this spectacular condominium.
This Non-Smoking condominium has one parking spot inside the building, superior security 24/7, great gym, putting green, tennis court and swimming pool. The condominium is 700 square feet or 65 square meters on the ninth floor with outstanding ocean view. The bedroom has a King-size bed and a 20 inch TV with DVD and VCR, the living room has a Queen-size sleeper couch that sleeps two, 36 inch TV with stereo receiver, DVD and VCR. The balcony has two chairs and one table. Inside the condominium you will find a large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, microwave and finally washer and dryer. All furniture is brand new. It is totally furnished so all you have to bring, is yourself!!
