What's the condo like?
Completely New Bathrooms, New Tile, New Carpet. New custom window treatments enhance the LR and MBR.
How is the condo equipped?
The unit is very well equipped (Large Coffee Mugs, Heavy Silverware & Spices) with all the pots & pans, dishes & utensils you will need. (Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc.) We have high quality silverware (yes, the spoon won't bend when you put it in ice cream!) and we even think of the little things like spices, sugar, plastic "silverware" for travel and filled salt & pepper shakers!
TV's/DVD/VCR
New 31' TV - LR with DVD/VCR, a 24' TV in the MBR with VCR & VCR/TV in the Spare BR for Videos.
Activities:
You can rent bikes, golf at the award winning Links course, swim at the Seascape pool or dine at one of 3 WDR restaurants - all within 5 minutes!
Within 10 minutes:
Mt. Pleasant - a water park (Palmetto Island County Park), new shopping centers with great shopping (Belk, GAP, Target, Ann Taylor Loft, Pier 1, etc.), a movie theatre, boutiques and casual to fine dining.
In Charleston:
Many fine restaurants, fantastic shopping (antiques to locally made seagrass baskets and great clothes!) and dining, the City Market, the aquarium, Naval ships and historic sightseeing (boat tours, carriage tours, etc.) are all less than 30 min. in Charleston.
Within 5 minutes of the condo:
Kayak, go biking or sailing, eat at Morgan Creek Grill overlooking the Bay (5 min.)!
Wild Dunes Resort has a kids' camp and family activities (call their front desk for more information - 843-886-6000).

We created our 'Activities' and 'Restaurants' books - available in the condo to provide menus to many of the local restaurants and many more details to make your vacation wonderful!
'A Day at the Beach...'
Typical day might include an early morning walk to look for shells on the beach, breakfast on the deck, swimming in the building's pool, lunch at the condo or the WDR Deli (sandwiches, pizza, etc.) Then to the beach to surf, build sand castles and enjoy the sea.
At Wild Dunes...
You can rent bikes, play tennis, golf at the award winning Links course, have a massage at the spa, swim at the Seascape pool or eat at one of 3 WDR restaurants - all within 5 minutes!
Sleeping arrangements:
1 king (MBR),
1 queen, & 1 twin (2nd BR),
1 sleeper sofa (living room).
What else is in the condo?
Each bedroom has a TV plus VCR. The living room also has a DVD player. We have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a stroller and a "kids' safety railing" for the younger child.
Also at Wild Dunes...(where they are building a new Fitness Center, heated pool and shopping center): Fitness Center, tennis courts and heated lap pool (available for a fee - MUST request Sportscard before arriving at Wild Dunes to utilize these facilities)!
Also in Wild Dunes: (call 843-886-6000 for more information - or call us!) Spa, bicycle rental, boat tours (at the Marina), kayaking & kids' camp.
Outside: deck with table, 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs.
In nearby in Mt. Pleasant: LOTS of shopping - GAP, Banana Republic, Target, Barnes & Noble, Belk's Department Store, as well as Movie Theatre, restaurants and bars.
