Located steps away from the Harbourtown Golf Course, SeaPines Tennis and 3 blocks from Harbourtown -a harbour village with a variety of shops, boutiques, art galleries, ice cream shops, restaurants and lounges surrounding it's Lighthouse Landmark.
Access to 3 of Sea Pines beaches. You'll love bicycling on the hard packed sand or along the miles of biketrail in SeaPines.
You'll love having the large swimming pool with deck area and children's section located just off the villa's patio. The kids will love the "Family Circle" playground and Greg Russell singing under the oak tree in Harbor Town.
