The ground level has a full kitchen and dining room, a half bathroom, and a bright livingroom with a fireplace overlooking the town park. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a small private balcony which also overlooks the town park. Beside the town park you'll find the local library, a nice playground for the kids, and public tennis courts. This townhouse is 4 short blocks away from the beach, the ice cream shop & arcade, the Surfside Pier, and a few great local restaurants & bars. Cleaning is included in the weekly rate but linens are not.
