Disney World is a 2 hour drive south. Historic St. Augustine is a 1 hour drive north. Daytona Beach and its historic boardwalk are a mere 20 minutes south, but still far enough away to enjoy the quiet relaxing community of Ormond-by-the-Sea with its beautiful protected beaches.
The gorgeous Intercoastal Waterway (Halifax River) is located 1/2 mile on the back side of the condo. You can fish in the ocean or off a dock in the intercoastal waterway. Located on top floor (3rd floor). These units are larger than most of the other condos in Ormond Beach. Ormond Breakers has elevators. Unit has side balcony with views of ocean from balcony, bedrooms and kitchen windows. TV with DVD/VCR in main room, with smaller TV/DVD in master bedroom. Kitchen has cooking pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, etc. Linen closet is fully stocked with linens and towels. Ironing board and iron in bedroom closet.

Daytona Speedway is 20-30 minutes; Dog Track is 20-30 minutes. Marineland is 45 minutes north up A1A. Golf Course is right down the road. Intercoastal Waterway is less than 1/2 a mile on the back side of the condominium.
