Special features of the Summit Condominiums include two huge swimming pools (one is heated during the winter), three large new hot tubs(1 indoor, 2 outside), new gym and exercise equipment and dry saunas, tennis courts, and 600 feet of private sugar white beachfront. The Summit Tiki bar is by the pool, and "Bikini Bob's" restaurant and Snack Bar is beachside. Just for the Kid's a large game room is on site. Beautiful gardens, shuffleboard and tennis courts, charcoal grills, and picnic areas are there for your family fun.
The Summit is secure and gated; the parking lot and grounds are patrolled by on site security
