| Our villa is 1109 Beach Walker in Amelia Island Plantation and is
just steps away from the pool and beach and offers a wonderful view
of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool has many protected sundecks and a
BBQ area. The villa was completely renovated in 2005 and is in
spectacular condition, with granite countertops and all new
appliances and fixtures. Guests have commented that the villa
looks "Brand New!" The kitchen and all bathrooms are brand
new. The Laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer. It has 4
bedrooms and three bathrooms with an open feel, three TVs, with
cable and VCR and numerous family board games and puzzles. A
perfect villa for families. Guest reviews have been extremely

Diamond Island Resort destination. AIP is comprised of 1300 acres
of natural beauty, nestled among centuries-old live oaks, tranquil

at the pool and do nothing at all. For families on the go, enjoy a
long walk on the beach, take a bike ride on the meandering trails,
go fishing, try sailing or work out at the Health and Fitness

off the island for an evening out, a short 10-minute drive will take
you to Fernandina, the 2nd oldest town in the country, a charming
seaside Victorian village lined with wonderful restaurants and
quaint shops- a stop at the home-made fudge shop is a must.
