| This "4th Floor Beauty" is located at the extremely popular Island Echos Condominiums! Incredible Gulf-front views from the balcony and the master bedroom, the POOL (heated seasonally) is also Gulf-front! This complex has everything you could possible want in a vacation paradise. Free beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) additional chairs inside the unit.
This complex also offers LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS, HIGH SPEED INTERNET, SHUFFLEBOARD, BBQ GRILLS, and lets not forget Okaloosa Islands "sugar white beaches" and emerald green waters.
Let me tell you a little about the inside of our (non-smoking) condo.
You'll walk into a beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condo (sleeps 7). There is also a WASHER and DRYER inside the condo! Gorgeous new tile has been laid from the entry through the kitchen, dinning and living room. The bedrooms have new carpeting. The balcony even has tile, and the view from the balcony will take your breath away! This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, and all the linens and towels you will need during your stay. There are three TV's (all have VHS players and the main TV has VHS/DVD player.) There is also a nice stereo system with CD player. Wireless internet
The master is Gulf-front, so wake up every morning to a beautiful gulf view! You will love all the decorating touches, and it's sure to be a room of your dreams with a new king size bed.The guest room is "fresh and clean bright cheerful colors with adorable full over full bunks, which can sleep up to 4 children comfortably. The condo also has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect accommodations for those traveling with friends or large families.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent!

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival wil forfeit $85. Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in, will forfeit deposit ($250).
