| Our non-smoking unit is #139 in Mariner's Cove is located on the first floor on Shore Drive. The front of our condo faces the ocean and the rear of the condo overlooks the tidal marsh. The open-air balcony also overlooks the beautiful tidal marsh.
THE KITCHEN, FULLY RENOVATED DURING NOVEMBER OF 2004, INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: ALL NEW APPLIANCES, NEW CABINETS/CORIAN COUNTER-TOP, NEW CERAMIC TILE FLOOR.

A screened-in balcony is located off of the living room and contains a double chair, and two single chairs. A small cocktail table and three end tables are included, one with a reading light. This balcony also contains a ceiling fan with light. Wall hooks for hanging wet bathing suits and towels for drying are located here.
The living room has been completely renovated in May of 2001. Decorated in sea foam green and peach, this room contains a large new sleeper sofa, two end tables, a coffee table, three lamps, a wicker wall unit, a new swivel chair, and a book table. The sleeper sofa easily converts to a full size bed. The living room contains sliding glass doors which lead to the screened in balcony overlooking the tidal marsh. This room also contains a television and VCR.
The master bedroom is decorated in mauve and is furnished with a queen sized bed, a sitting chair, a dresser, and two end tables and lamps. This room was completely renovated in November of 2000 and contains all new white furniture.
This bedroom also contains a private bathroom with shower. The closet is equipped with a closet organizer and also contains additional pillows and blankets. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead to the open air balcony that overlooks the tidal marsh. A telephone, television with remote, and radio alarm clock is supplied.
The dining area is located between the kitchen and living room. It contains a large glass table with four chairs. It also houses a counter area with two bar stools. The telephone, answering machine, and radio/cassette/CD player is located here. A wall Dustbuster vacuum is situated in this area for easy clean ups.
The guest bedroom is peacefully decorated in light blue with a seashell theme. This room was recently renovated in June of 2001 and contains new white furniture. There are two twin beds, a dresser, a night table and lamp. The closet is equipped with a closet organizer and contains additional pillows and blankets. This room also contains a television and radio alarm clock.
Decorated in blue and peach, the main bathroom contains a full size tub with shower, sink, and toilet.
Mariner's Cove is a beach condominium complex located on Shore Drive. It consists of four separate building complexes. It contains a private outdoor pool for all Mariners Cove guests and an owner's clubhouse. The parking lots are for Mariner's Cove guests and owners only, identified by coded parking permits.
Surrounded by beautiful and well manicured landscaping, including large tropical palm trees and colorful flowers, Mariner's Cove is located near the end of Shore Drive which is a no outlet road because of the inlet.
Our unit is conveniently located on the first floor. Since the entire beach condos in this area are built on stilts, there are about 6 steps up to the first floor. Parking in the larger parking lot ensures more available parking spots as well as less steps up to the unit.
Directly across the street from Mariner's Cove via the beach access is Ocean Annie's, a very popular bar on the beach. During most of the year, live bands play here daily.
There is considerably less traffic in our area since the road ends about a 1/4 mile down due to the presence of the tidal inlet. This helps makes our condo one of the more peaceful places to stay.
