This Pitkin Creek Park Condominium has vaulted ceilings and sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably in a queen sized bed, two twin beds and a queen sofa pullout. There are two bathrooms, one full and a half bath off the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area are available for eating in.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets. A mid stay change of towels and linens may be arranged. Checkout time is 11:00 am. Checkin is 3:00pm. Special arrangements may be made if possible prior to arrival, but may depend on other reservations.

Deposits
A $250.00 security deposit is required on all rentals. A deposit of 30% of total payment is due within 5 days of the reservation. The balance of the payment plus the security deposit is due 30 days before rental begins.

Other Fees
Rates do not include 9.8% state and local sales tax.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 14 days from rental start date: payment will be returned minus a $25.00 processing fee. Reservations canceled 14 days or less from rental start date: deposit is forfeited and the balance of the payment is returned.
