| Our home was fortunate enough to not have sustained any damages from the recent Angora Fire. The house is fully functional and habitable. Have a fun-filled stay in beautiful South Lake Tahoe in this newly remodeled luxury home! Spacious yet cozy this home is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. It is completely equipped with newer furnishings and all amenities, 4 bedrooms plus a den and a separate family room with 2.5 bathrooms, two fireplaces, and cable TV viewing. With a brand new pool table and hot tub, you can enjoy Tahoe without even leaving your home! And at the end of your day, relax in any one of the four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, tiled countertops, and spacious cabinets. All utensils, dinnerware, and glassware are brand new! RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION: Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review our policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS: Two night minimum stays are required, except during peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer. Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to availability.
PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee charged.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50% of total charges.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $600.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining 50% of the total charges 30 days before arrival date. Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to the security deposit; otherwise, deposits are refundable after keys are mailed back.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Fifty percent (50%) of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. Unauthorized extensions of beyond check out time will result in a half to full day charge against your security deposit. To avoid such charges please call us prior to 11:00 AM to see if a late check out is possible if you are running late in vacating the property.
SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will be provided with soaps, toilet paper & paper towels, coffee, tea, cream and sugar.
FIREWOOD: There are two gas fireplaces in the property. Firewood is not necessary since these are all environmentally-safe gas fireplaces.
TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long distance calls.
HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a $125.00 housekeeping charge for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your statement. The bed linen and bath towels are provided. For weekly guests, daily housekeeping services can be provided upon request for an extra charge of $110.00 daily. If the house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged for additional cleaning charges. Our housekeeping staff will make the final preparations of the house for the next guests.
TAXES/FEES: 10% South Lake Tahoe Transient Tax
AIR CONDITIONING: As Lake Tahoe enjoys a temperate climate during summer, we do not have air-conditioning.
