Chateau le Conte is located in the quiet southwest region of Cape Coral, which is referred to as the "Venice of Florida". This spacious villa will meet all your expectations. The interior design is modern and exhibits some elements of Feng-shui. The colors vary from creme-beige to chocolate brown. Upon entering, you will find hardwood floors throughout with the exception of tile in the bath areas. Within the 6500 sqft. of living area you have access to 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, living room, family room and office. Adjoining the family room is the entertainment area with granite countertops and wine fridge. If staying in, the high-tech kitchen has all the amenities you would need to prepare anything from a simple snack to an elegant dinner. In the master suite you will enjoy the spaciousness of two walk-in closets and a separate "shoe closet". From here you enter the master bath with its' large jacuzzi tub and blue glass mosaic cupola. There are three guest rooms on this floor and a "private" guest room on the second floor.
The comforts of the lanai which include an electric heated spa and pool with "beach entry", thick white cushioned patio furniture and breezy ceiling fan is accessible from all main rooms of the home including guest rooms. You will also enjoy the full surround sound of the Bose system that is playable throughout the house and lanai.
Just steps from the lanai you will be at the boat dock, which features a lift and runs along the full canal front.
Under the tiki hut you will find the summer kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, fridge, BBQ grill and seating for 8 persons. If boating is on your mind, you will find access to the Gulf of Mexico from the dock to be easy sailing. Privacy is one key word that we do not want to forget to accentuate. There are no homes directly opposite of you.
