Our condo features a spacious(over 1500 sq.ft)open floor plan including a living room with cable TV and a DVD/CD player, mirrored formal dining room, full kitchen with eating area and breakfast bar. The condo is located on the 16th hole of the Royal Course with a spectacular view of the lake & fairway. The master suite has a king-sized bed , 27" TV, 2 walk-in closets and a private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, 19" TV, a large closet and a full bath. The Den includes a Sofa Couch which converts to a full bed and a computer desk. The kitchen includes modern white/on white kitchen appliances including microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice & water on door, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes, cooking utensils & pots & pans. The spacious Living Room includes a 36" TV, DVD player, CD player, and leather furniture. The screened lanai has a table and chairs that overlooks the 16th hole of the Royal Course.

The Laundry Room has a full size washer & dryer, ironing board and iron, All linens and towels supplied. All utilities included, except long distance phone calls. Single covered carport is located adjacent to the unit. The swimming pool is located just a few feet from the back door.
