| Beautifully and professionally decorated 2 bedroom with 2 bath Golf Villa conveniently located only 10 minutes from the Fort Myers airport, 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes from Naples, Florida. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with large walk in closet, 2nd bedroom has twin beds. Living room has queen sized sofa bed. Breakfast nook off the kitchen seats six. The formal dining room and living room are tastefully decorated in a warm, neutral decor. Ceiling fans throughout the villa add to your comfort. There is a front and back lanai for outside enjoyment that overlook the championship golf course. The villa has a washer and dryer, microwave, and modern kitchen appliances- all the pleasures of home in a breathtaking, comfortable setting. Each room has a TV with DVD player and there is a phone. The garage adds an extra convenience to this perfect villa.
