Our home is located in the Plantation Golf & Country Club Subdivision, a quite and relaxing area with nature at its back door, but minutes away from plenty of shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. We are only 2 miles from the Englewood Beach (free to the public) or 5 miles to Venice Beach (free to the public). Sit back and relax on the half covered lanai (screened in sitting area) which has a table, chairs and lounge chair along with a BBQ equipped with all the utensils you'll need to put that perfect touch on lunch or dinner.
Our home has recently been remodeled with all new carpeting, furnishings and new linens. With the perfect touch of decorating, this home really makes you feel like it's yours.
All our guests over the years have complimented us on the improvements we have made to our home.
This is a beautiful West Coast Florida vacation home that includes 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6). The master bedroom has a king size bed with dresser,nightstand and walkin closet and a private full bath (hair dryer included).
There are also two (2)guest rooms, each with queen beds, dressers, night stands and large closets (complete with hangers).
There is a full bath room in the hall (hair dryer included), large living room, dining area with seating for six (6), kitchen with table seating for six (6), laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, central air conditioning.
In addition our home is fully loaded with new living room furniture that includes a leather couch and love seat, Dish Network TV, DVD player, CD player, AM/FM stereo, unlimited internet (wireless) access, free local telephone service, cocktail table and end tables.
In addition there are some misc books, games, cd's, dvd's for your enjoyment.
Our full kitchen has all the appliances, accessories and utensils needed to complete that special meal. Appliances include fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are many other appliances/accessories which include a coffee maker, blender, toaster and mixer just to name a few.
