The Coconut Palm Beach House is a four bedroom, two bath with a private pool, full eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room home. It's a family home away from home in an upscale, quiet North Clearwater Beach neighborhood.
The backyard pool has a child safety fence and is heated by electric heat pump -- not solar -- so that the temperature is comfortably warm during the cooler months.
The home includes wifi access to keep in touch while you're away. Cable television and domestic long distance phone service also provided free of charge.
Coconut Palm includes accommodations for ten people, twelve if necessary. A portable crib and high chair are available for young guests.
The home is a four minute walk from the white ands and warm gulf waters of Clearwater Beach, consistently voted as one of the country's leading beaches. Take in shelling along the shore or maybe catch a glimpse of bottlenose dolphins swimming nearby.
Take in activities at sunset on Clearwater Beach's Pier 60. Enjoy
Florida's famed grouper or stone crabs (in season, May - November)
at area restaurants. And don't forget to take in a Sun Coast of Florida sunset along the beach. Bring a camera for some memorable portraits.
Tampa's Busch Gardens and Water Park are forty minutes away. The theme parks of Orlando, including Disney and Universal, are
less than two hours away. It all makes for an unforgettable vacation.
