It is nestled amidst swaying palm trees and flowering bougainvillea vines directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the only complex on Sanibel offering lounge chairs on the beach as well as pool side. The beautifully manicured grounds and location on the coast contribute to an uncrowded stay. Only 45 privately-owned units share the spacious grounds.
This unit is rated "Platinum," the highest rating for desirability, location, amenities, and décor, by the premier island real estate rental agency. The ground floor provides "walk out" access to gardens, pool, and beach. Broad views include the beautifully landscaped, spring-fed lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom, living room, and lanai share these views.
The interior has been newly renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a light Floridian theme. The layout of this unit is conducive to either a two-bedroom or three-bedroom rental. It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, and boutiques.
Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals are close by as are the island's many delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries.
