Description |
| OUR $500 a week cabin is a modified A-Frame home located in the Lake Wells Subdivision just a few miles outside of Murphy. The living room/loft area is cozy with exposed beams, a charming rock fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking long range views and a gigantic deck, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen/dining room is airy, cheerful & modern with lots of windows & amenities.
WE have taken great care to make our home cozy and comfortable for you. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated as are the bathrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor is large with a king size bed & chair for reading. On the second floor we have two bedrooms, one bath and a loft with a desk area for your computer if you decide you must bring one (we have internet access). One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, the other a queen size bed complete with a down filled featherbed.
EVERY season has it’s charm and is especially unique here at Lake Wells. The property itself sits on nearly an acre with a well established forest of beautiful trees, ferns and wildflowers. At different times of the year we enjoy our Tulips, Trillium, Azaleas, Rose of Sharon, Hostas, Daffodils, Redbud trees, Lilies, Gladiolas and the 20 Dogwood trees. Bird watchers love sitting on our deck where the many varieties of birds keep the seed and hummingbird feeders active.
OUR neighborhood is absolutely perfect for long walks and exploring. If you love to Jog or Mountain Bike this is positively where you’ll want to be because of the miles of good roads, challenging hills and beautiful Mountain views. A bit of a walk takes you to the nearby lake or river for fishing or go just a few miles down the road to the areas largest and most popular Flea Market.
