Our Condo has weekly and monthly rentals on Vanderbilt beach in Naples, Florida. We are the newest building who can rent weekly on Vanderbilt Beach with Private Beach Access.
We walk 70 yards to the Vanderbilt beach. Gulf of Mexico Views and Vanderbilt Beach/bay view as well. Enjoy our Romantic Carribean Beach Views, right from our lania (6th floor), or a short walk to the Laplay Resort Hotel. Private Beach Access or use our heated pool in the back on Vanderbilt Bay, with a grass hut for picnic lunch/dinner.
Its a sunset view to match anyones request from the 6th floor lania. Close enough (75 yards to the beach) to hear the Waves on the Beach, and feel the calm breezes. The lanai allows a great view to the west, South and North, all over the Gulf of Mexico. (The condo recently repainted sand brown like all new model homes.) Private Beach Access!
The Lanai is also keep clean by the brand new storm shutters. The Delnor-Wiggins State Park is great for nature walks on the beach, or near the backwaters area. Morning sun rises over the intercoastal/bay and the Sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. A large 60' heated swimming pool is great, while watching the boats and dolphins go by, or just BBQ in the covered grass hut, next to the bay and pool.
The upscale, premium furniture makes everything very comfortable, in a building that is very quiet--this is a must!
Completely gated and secured, comes with the NEWEST BUILDING on the beach. We also purchased new; a pillow-top King-size master bed, larger TV, CD stereo, new carpeting in the bedrooms, towels, bedding, rugs, beach chairs and I hope everything you need. The other furniture was purchased with quality in mind.
Bay view, heated pool, 75 yards to beach, secured lot and building, private assigned parking and boat docks, tennis, BBQ hut, washer/dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, everyday and formal dishes, large selection of pot/pans, crock pot, cutlery, utensils, plenty of new linens, beach towels, beach chairs, stereo, TV/VCR (3), king-size bed, two singles and a 3rd single bed in den.
NO PETS.
You can rent most water sports equipment across the street at the Vanderbilt Inn or the Wiggins State Park. Bicycles can be rented down the street and boats(18-22') can be rented at back bay marina, just north about 3 miles.
The best of this location is the food. For casual food, just walk across the street to the Vanderbilt Inn, for a burger on the beach. The best food in Naples is just 500 yards down the beach (Valet parking), at the Laplaya Hotel (excellent) or 5-6 restaurants within a mile, and of course, the Ritz-Carlton hotel, less than a mile away. It's as convenient as you can get.
