| This 1 BR/1BA condo at Duneside III is perfect for couples or small families. It has an excellent view of the Garden City pier, and it is easy walking distance to Sam's Corner, the arcade, and other great local attractions. It was recently remodeled to include new furniture, appliances, paint & flooring. The complex has an oceanfront pool, and the condo has a private balcony. The bedroom has 1 Queen bed and there are 2 bunks in the hallway (they are a little smaller than twin size) Departure cleaning is included in the weekly rate but linens are not.
