| This single family centrally air-conditioned reverse living home is located in tranquil Holgate on Long Beach Island and is the third house from the beach. It features accomodations for 10 with a master suite with a queen size bed, full private bath and Cable TV & VCR, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed small color TV and ocean view, and two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each. There is also a queen size pull out couch. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The house offers two large fully furnished decks with loungers, tables umbrellas, chairs and gas grill. The upper deck provides views of both the ocean as well as the Little Egg Inlet and the Atlantic City Casinos. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, silverware, etc. There are also ceiling and standing fans throughout the house. The living room is equipped with Cable TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo (CD). Other amenities include an outdoor shower, pillows, blankets and a vacuum. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are provided for your safety. The exterior of the house is newly sided. The house is immaculate inside and out and is literally steps to the beach.
