This Beautiful BEACHFRONT VILLA is located at the desirable West End of Panama City Beach and a member of the Mediterranean resort of LaValencia where you can enjoy a game of tennis at their lighted court or sunbath at the shared gulfside pool.
This is the perfect place to enjoy a 'family reunion' or any other event that requires accommodations for 24+. Each wonderfully spacious villa has four bedrooms, three baths, fully equipped kitchens and washer and dryer plus built-in bunk areas. The upper villa also has an additional floor that features a loft furnished with two queen beds and a back room that is used as a sitting room.
The white sands of the beautiful beach are just steps from the back deck. You can frolic in the water or relax on the expansive deck watching the day slip into nightfall after the gorgeous sunsets.
The million-dollar view and comfortable surroundings make this awesome home the perfect choice for a perfect vacation.
