This luxury home features a dramatic, open floor plan with tile and polished wood floors, soaring ceilings, and 7 bedroom suites and 5 full bathrooms. Plus, it has a kitchenette on the first floor and is designed so that two familes can share the house together.

The first floor of the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette and dining area. One bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. Two of bedrooms on the first floor have queen beds. The fourth bedroom features 2 queen beds. There is also a cute little kitchenette and dining table area.

The second floor is accessible by stairs or elevator and features 1 bedroom (with queen bedroom), 1 bathroom, a game room with a pool table, a dining area, custom kitchen with viking appliances, living room and a huge wrap-around balcony with views of the ocean and Ocean Hammock Golf Course.

The third floor is accessible by stairs or elevator and features a 400 square foot master suite with a king bed and a deluxe master bedroom, an office with room for a computer, and yet another full bathroom. there is also an additional bedroom on the third floor with queen sized bed.

Guests of this privately owned ocean front vacation home have access 2 1/2 miles of private beach and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Plus, right across the driveway is the club house with a pool for this house.

The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.

It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.

There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and great places to eat.

Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves. Just a few minutes north, drive on to the beach and go for miles.
