The master bedroom has new furniture including a pillow-top queen-sized bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a separate full bath. A large private balcony with patio furniture offers a comfortable place to relax and read a book or watch a breathtaking sunrise over the horizon of the intracoastal waterway and Tiki Gardens across the street on Gulf Blvd. Your reserved parking space in the under-the-building parking garage protects your vehicle from the hot Florida sun while you enjoy your day on the beach or poolside at our Olympic size heated pool. Our onsite building management with full-time maintenance staff highly maintains both the building and individual units. Easy access to all central Florida world-famous attractions. Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 45 days before arrival date will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit unless optional travel insurance has been purchased.
