This home has a lovely, open floor plan. It's cool, breezy décor and comfortable furnishings invite you to relax and unwind. The home has both a stereo and a TV complete with a VCR and cable access. In addition, the kitchen has everything you need for both casual and formal dining.
The property's Hurricane Fun Deck 201 is perfect for cruising the canals, spending a day on the river or visiting one of the many beaches nearby. With canal access from the home's private boat dock, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River in just one minute and the Gulf of Mexico in just over 30 minutes. And there is nothing to compare with boating to one of the nearby restaurants or marinas for lunch or diner - some as close as 20 minutes away.
Comfortable seating for six, designed exclusively for a single engine - with the Yamaha 115 hp, this boat is perfect for cruising the coast or catching dinner.
The home has several dining options. There is a formal, indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining area on the lanai.

25% confirmation deposit due at time of reservation. Refundable damage deposit $1000 ($500 if boat is not rented May to December). Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees
Rate listed is for two adults and children under 18. Additional adults are $100 per week. 11% Florida tax. $125 cleaning, $140 boat check *fuel extra*.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmation deposit non-refundable. In the event tentant must cancel reservation, landlord will make every attempt to rerent the property. If a substitute tenant is not secured, tenant will be liable for entire rental amount.
