Our accommodations are all non-smoking and we regret we are unable to accept pets. Sorry, no motorhomes or motorcycles allowed.

All of our accommodations are fully furnished, including sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, iron, ironing board, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and microwaves. All accommodations have cable TV with remotes, VCR’s, and private telephones. You accommodation will be supplied with a complementary roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, and small bar of soap. You are responsible for your needs for the duration of your stay. Just bring your personal items and be prepared for a great vacation!

Located on Siesta Key. Only on block from the award winning "world's finest, whitest sand beach" on the gulf of Mexico and one block to "The Village" a fine collection of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, post office and drug store.

Deposits
30% deposit is required with all reservations. A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required.

Other Fees
Additional Persons: $7.00 per person per day, for any person over the stated number of people that the accommodation can sleep. There are no hidden charges, such as surcharges or cleaning fees. Rates do not include taxes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at our office in writing 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less $75.00 handling and administration charges. There are no refunds for late arrivals and early departures.
